SR-91 is a major facility for goods movement serving both the Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach and one of the largest centers in the Los Angeles basin for warehousing and transloading. The $152 million project will reduce congestion, improve mobility and safety, and enhance local roadway operations.

  • Reduced project schedule by 2 weeks
  • Overall value improvement over baseline design of 6% as defined by the stakeholders
