Empowering Leadership: Enhancing Cohesion and Development at DFPI through Executive Coaching and Teamwork
Overview
VMS’ Organizational Development (OD) team partnered with the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) to enhance leadership development and executive cohesion. Through a comprehensive approach involving executive coaching, Enneagram assessments, and teambuilding workshops, VMS aimed to foster individual growth and strengthen team dynamics within the department.
The Format
- Executive Offsite Workshop: Facilitated a two-day, in-person workshop for 12 participants.
- Enneagram Assessment: Utilized Integrative 9 Enneagram assessments to provide insights into individual motivations and behaviors.
- Individual and Executive Coaching: Conducted 1:1 coaching sessions to debrief assessment results and support personal development.
- Teambuilding and Group Facilitation: Co-created team norms, agreements, and strategies to enhance team cohesion and performance.
