We are excited to announce the promotion of Jessica Combs to Director of Program Management.
Director of Program Management
In her 20 years with VMS, Jessica has held many roles within the firm—from value management assistant to technical editor, proposal manager, contract management, and quality management. She supports the entire firm through her coordination and task order management for more than 1,000 projects including budgeting, staff coordination, and scheduling.
Jessica looks forward to consolidate firm activities around program and project management and developing strong processes and procedures to allow staff to function at a higher level. “We are eager to see this role evolve, and with the formation of this team, we trust that Jessica will continue to provide her leadership and attention to detail for the firm’s operational effectiveness,” said Rob Stewart, President and CEO.
