We are excited to announce two promotions–David Eisenberg, CVS, CSSBB, CQA, CMQ/OE to Vice President and Ashley Houser, MSOD, VMA to Senior Organization Development Consultant.
David has been with VMS since 2018, leading value studies as well as quality and process improvement projects for both public and private sector clients. He brings a unique lens to value management with a focus on business process improvement, Lean, and quality management systems. In his new role, Dave will continue building our VE/VA footprint in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, as well as leading internal process improvements to improve our services and deliverables. He currently serves on the American Society of Quality (ASQ) Government Division Leadership Council supporting government agencies as they tackle complicated issues that affect our communities. After hours you can find Dave spending time with his wife and three kids and working on his guitar skills.
Senior Organization Development
Ashley also joined VMS in 2018 as part of the organization development (OD) team helping clients improve the performance of their organizations, programs, and projects. She leads contracts addressing organization assessment and effectiveness, process mapping and optimization, team building, organizational change management, large group facilitation, and executive/leadership coaching. This promotion reflects her leadership and strong client work. She will support the growth of the OD team as well as improving VMS’ own internal structure. Out of the office, Ashley’s can be found spending time with her husband and 11-month-old son as well as on the professional bodybuilding circuit as she pursues her passion for health and wellness.
